Initiate Return Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or BENU collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
